Amazon Returns and Drop offs

We accept Amazon prepaid drop offs.  If they are ready to go with the label already on it, we charge a small handling fee.  I promise it is worth your time and gas money.

If you have a QR code, please follow the directions below to convert it to a label ready for shipping

Sign into your Amazon Account;

--Go to your orders

--Choose item from order then either:

             * View return/refund status    then   * cancel return

                              OR * return or replace item

                   (caution, if the item is late or an exchange this process will not work)

 --select reason for return

 --select refund method

 --select "UPS dropoff points" from options
